Back in Action - June 23 2005 - ??? hours (I have no idea) First, let me apologize for the long absense. Honestly, I got bored with the game and it was giving me a hard time (plus taking up so much of my time) that I decided to call it quits for awhile. But I'm back now and it's six months later but I'm picking up directly where I left off. As usual there are no cheats or exploits being used in this quest and it is a totally solo quest on HARD. No demons will be employed inside battle OR outside of battle unless required by the game itself and when that time arrives I will make a note of it. Before I left I didn't update the last few things I did so let me go over them briefly to help catch you up to where I am. First, I finished up the Amala Temples. I defeated Aciel and you can read about him in the boss log. I also took out the first three oni in the Ikebukuro Tunnel. The first one was the hardest, but the other two were easy. You can read about them in the boss log as well. I still need to take care of the last one, though. I headed to the Diet Building and on the way I ran into Trumpeter. I decided not to fight him because I don't stand a chance at this point. I can't even beat the Red Rider yet. I went past him and had to get the Kimon Stone from the miner on the way to the Diet Building. That required me to recruit a random demon and immediately give it to the miner. (I did not use it for any purpose other than what is stated.) I picked up the Kimon stone and took off to the Diet Building. In the Diet Building, I faced Surt who was not very hard, but I had trouble defeating Mada. This is where I stopped several months ago and where I will be picking up... Diet Building Part 2 - June 23, 2005 I gave Mada another go and I beat him on my second try. I gained two levels before hand, but I doubt it made me that much stronger. Maybe I was *that* close to beating him in the past? Oh well. I continued through the Diet Building and Mot was the next demon who wanted to stop me from getting to Hikawa. After finding my way through his illusions, I defeated him in battle. Continuing through the Diet Building, I was stopped by a demon called Mithra who decided to pass judgement on me. I told him that I was not a demon like him and that I would never be one. He was surprised when I killed him. After that I found the elevator up to the 6th floor and came upon Hikawa summoning his god, Ahriman. I tried to stop him, but he sent Samael after me and by the time I killed the red dragon Hikawa was finished with his ritual and took off before I could stop him. The Path to Kagutsuchi - June 23, 2005 When I defeated Samael and Ahriman took off, I talked to Ms. Takao, who was also there. She returned to me the Yahirono Himorogi I gave her at Yoyogi park and told me to create the new world. I took the relic to the Amala Temple and called forth the road to Kagatsuchi where the new world will be born. I plan to climb the tower to the birth of the new world, but for now, I have a few things to take care of. Which Are the Fiends - June 24, 2005 I decided to give Red Rider another shot since it's been awhile since I fought him. I managed to beat him after a try or two and then took off to the SHinjuku Medical Center to hunt down the horseman on the black horse. After a few tries, I defeated the Black Rider and headed into the 3rd kalpa. I ran into Dante and he chased me around and shot at me a little bit while I hit some switches. After playing his game, I fought and defeated him as well. Now to take care of the last three fiends...
