This is one of my more favorite of the villians I have created over the years. He kinda reminds me of an wicked and insane cross between Doc Brown (from Back to the Future) and Dr. Wily (from MegaMan.) He's got his labcoat with a skull-clasp at his neck and he carries a few energy guns and some syringes to attack people with. He's... a very driven person and will go to just about any lengths to reach his goals. Well, I don't know what else to say. I like this guy.
