Opt Out   https://www.optoutprescreen.com/?rf=t   stop getting junk mail. The major credit companies won't give out your information. You need to give your social security number to do this though.

Experian's opt out page   http://www.experian.com/privacy/opting_out.html    See the "opting out of pre approved offers." This includes a phone number to call to tell Experian to remove your name from lists given to credit card and other companies.  Phone number is 1-888-5 OPT OUT (1-888-567-8688).  This phone number should also be listed on the back of pre-approved credit card offers.

Direct Marketing Association   http://www.the-dma.org/index.php   I think this page   https://www.dmachoice.org/dma/member/home.action   tells how to get off mailing and phone lists, but I guess you have to register.
