The National Association of Consumer Agency Administrators http://www.nacaa.net/ They write, "the National Association of Consumer Agency Administrators was established in 1976 to support government agencies that provide consumer services. NACAA represents over 160 consumer agencies at all levels of government in the United States and several other countries." They have links to most other state consumer agencies, or attorneys general. They also have some information brochures, and information on filing complaints.
