I would have to describe her as a shadow, following me everywhere I go, I can honestly say she really does love me endlessly! She makes herself comfortable on the sette, on my feet, on my lap and anywhere she can find room for all her wrinkles to rest. I first came in contact with a Neapolitan Mastiff when I was on holiday... upon hearing about the breed I just knew it was for me! I have years of experience with large breeds but this one I had to admit was a bit of new ground. I was off to the library, researched them, met up with various owners of this truly magnificent breed finally I decided it was time to add a new baby!
One thing I have found is the net is not really the place to find out about the behaviors of a Mastini as they are commonly referred to. Most have the standard write up of what qualifies a Neo for the ring or what the KC standard is. I have developed my website to educate owners about this amazing breed. We have learned much thus far but will continue learning about this amazing breed! Much thanks goes to all the people who helped educate me on the true Mastini!
