"What are you?"
"I'm not sure, anymore... I'm sorry."

Hrm... What to say what to say. I believe that one should, "Live For Life, Not For Granted." That is a basic principle of life. Everything should come from the heart. Each moment should be lived fully. That's not to say you're wasting your time just sitting around, or feeling sad, or feeling happy, or feeling hurt. But I believe in realizing each moment. And I think I do that rather well. I have enough moments of practice. ;)

Single and looking.

Spirituality is a complicated thing in my life. I guess one could say it is my life. Let's take a moment here and depict some of the more vital threads holding me together, shall we?

Confucianism -- Confucian was an ancient schollar from the "Spring And Autumn Period" (a few hundred years, B.C.) of Chinese history. He was a sage of moral conduct and society. I take his teachings to heart in the ways of existing in society. I believe in most his practice in ritual, music, the arts, and even Ancestrial Worship to an extent. I feel that everyone should strive to become a "Moral Man" as he teaches one to be, and that those who govern, also, should follow his teachings.

Buddhism -- Amitabhu! Or so I would say... Buddhism is a religion from india that hit China in the few hundred A.D.. The belief here is that one lives a life of separation from existence. But everything is infact one. A person must defeat this separation through meditation and Ego-lessness. If one does not reach Nirvana/Enlightenment/unity-with-existence, then after passing away, they become reincarnated. What do I take from this? I feel that everything above is pretty much true. I believe that "desire is the cause of all suffering." And for me to reach one with existence, this must be achieved.

Taoism -- The Tao (the way), is the most ancient of Chinese religions. It's made up of Tens of Thousands of Texts, but most people think only of Lao-Tze's Tao Te Jing. There are two parts to Taoism though. The philisophical, where one sees balance in all of the world. This itself is the yin-yang principle. We have day, because we have night. We have black, because we have white. Neither could exist without the other. Then we have the Chinese reilgion of Taoism. This is filled with Deities, Wandering Spirits, and Ancestors who need tribute and help through their after-lives. What makes the religion of Taoism so amazing though, is that it constantly evolves. Starting out with only a few Gods, as time goes on, more were added, more were forgotten. Each state and city having their own that only exist in their area, and ones that fade or stay. Reincarnation was introduced to Taoism after buddhism came, ghosts will haunt you without bribes, while Ancestors will protect you if you continue to feed them, finance them, and house them, after death. Although it all seems so fantastic and un-"realistic," one must realize the mind set of myself. I believe that all of these deities and such are just ways to picture an aspect of reality. In essence, our eyes lie to us, telling you that one thing is separate from another, but if you can see through that, creating more separations, while knowing that it is all the same, creates a way to strengthen aspects of yourself when thinking about those deities or whatever you use as a medium for your focus point.

Dredgism -- Dredg... More than a band. A way of living. Very Eastern in application, I believe Dredg reaches into a heart and finds reasons to love living. WIth anellects of their own, Dredg teaches us Patience, Living for life, and understanding peacefulness. Listening to them is a spiritual experience, and their words are not to be taken lightly. They emcompass so much, I do not feel like I could do them justed by saying any details. Just listen to them. Dredg.

Now, I'm enrolled at Pennsylvania State University, main campus. I'm majoring in the Liberal Arts of Asian Cultural Studies. Specifically, China. I'll be learning about the culture from a modern and historical standpoint, and I'll be taking every Asia related elective possible.

I live in Bellefonte w/ my mother. My bedroom is full of stuff, most of which I never had to pay for, and my bed is in my closet, w/ my G4 Mac. So I am always in bed on my computer, reading, or playing PS2. But the PS2 is in the bedroom, so it makes things difficult when I don't feel like getting up.

I teach martial arts to whomever has heart to learn my arts. I create them aswell. More detail on this in a later chatper.

More? Let me know what else to tell you....
