In this stool I wanted to 'master' bevels and slanted edges. I didn't..., but I am better at it. The feet were meant to be longer than the lower edges, so the stool could sit over the corner of a thick rug and still remain steady. The feet have Teflon sliders.
The inside is finished as well, ...to maintain a luxury feeling. Slippers are kept inside.
In this detail you can see the beauty of the solid maple lid. Maple ply forms the body. My upholstery work MUST improve.
