TEA for China

Chinese like drinking tea because it is thought that tea have
the following advantages:
a) Increase blood flow to all parts of the body;
b) Stimulate metabolism and clear thinking;
c) eliminate the alcohol effect;
d) increase body resistance to a wide range of diseases;
e) clear the urine and facilitate its flow;
f)   brighten the eyes;
g) assist the digestion;
h) decrease harmful secretion of mucus;
i)   assuage thirst;
j)   banish fatigue;

Tea has external use,too: it can be used to bath the feet and cure for fungous infections; to wash shoes and banish offensive odorous. We can also release tired eyes with green tea and use tea to cook eggs.

Tea has been proved to contains caffeine, tannic acid, vitamin A, B2, C, P, manganese, aromatic oils that contributes to the above advantages.

In China, popular green tea includes Iron Goddess of Mercy, Water Fairy, Sparrow Tongue (Qiao-She), Dragon Phoenix, Dragon Well, Old Men's Eyebrows. While popular red tea includes Pu'-Erh, Keemun, etc.

Chinese culture	Japan is a part of China? Many people think so because Japanese is somewhere similar to Chinese. More, the people both have a strong feeling in family union and Lunar New Year. During New Year, the Japanese eat rice pudding while Chinese eat fire rice pudding. They call it "Zhen Tua" which stands they would get more fortune in the coming year.
Eating	Japanese like to eat un-cooked fish. They use hot "washabi" as sauce to kill the bateria of the food. They enjoy drinking green tea and plum wine which have been proved to have elements that can increase our immunity.
Shopping	Hong Kong is a nice place to go. Shopping in Tsim Sha Tsui is a regular activity; however, going to New Territories for shopping will be cheaper. We highly recommend you to shop in a supermarket for dry food. "Parkin" or "Welcome" are two chain store that you can find almost everywhere. While "SaSa" are famous for their Japanese cosmetic. For electronic appliances, Fortress is an ideal chain store that you can't miss.
