a) What is magic clay?

Magic clay is a soft clay like flour, in fact, it is made from bread and cream, etc. It can be pressed into very thin and fine parts/slices. It becomes hard after air drying and its color is everlasting and insoluble in water. Magic clay is original from Germany's villages. Now, it is a warmly received clay by many art companies.

b) Can I have my specify scale of the products?

Yes. Just tell us what dimension you want, the price is almost
the same unless you want a much larger size. We will confirm you very soon!

c) How to place an order?

Press "Add to cart" if it's availiable beside the good. Or kindly place your order with e-mail with us.

d) How to pay?

We accept credit card (with Secure Server provided by Paypal) when you use shopping cart. We also accept check and T/T.

e) When will I receive the gift?

It generally takes about 14 days to USA after posting unless using Express delivery. It will cost more delivery charge if using Express. Please send us e-mail with your location for more details.

f) What is the air-mail fee/ shipping charge for area outside Hong Kong?

It generally costs US$ 3.5 for each product (except the bottle, it costs US$6). We will bill you by Paypal after confirming the shipping charge. You can settle it through online SSL payment system provided by Paypal. If you want to estimate the cost before purchase, just mail us the item(s) you want and we will give you a shipping quotation as soon as possible.

g) What is the delivery charge in Hong Kong?

h) What about the wholesale/ export prices?

E-mail us with the quantities you want and we will contact you soon. We also manufacture a variety of premium gifts with leather, metal and plastic.
